Business Experience

J. David Arnette, CPA, CMA brings over fourteen years of experience to bear to your tax problems.  David has more than six years experience in local public accounting firms, ranging in size from five to thirty people.  Here David learned about the issues of small businesses, from bank reconciliations and payroll and property tax returns on up to business succession planning.

 In addition, David has more than two years experience with the tax department of a Fortune 100 company, and two years tax experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers.  These years have given David experience in issues faced by large corporations, such as filing consolidated returns and multi-state taxation.

 Aside from being a CPA and CMA, David earned a Master of Taxation in 1992 from the University of South Carolina.  His undergraduate degree was in accounting.
